Hope Valley: Modern Meets Traditional
Our clients reached out to us to create a cohesive design for their home, which has an open floor layout with adjoining sitting, living and kitchen areas. Like many others, they were struggling to connect all of the rooms so that the design flowed easily and beautifully from one space to another. We carried various shades of blue from space to space, but kept things interesting with varying patterns, tones and textures. We also added elements of surprise with dramatic lighting, fun wallpaper and some unexpected pops of color. We incorporated many of the client's family heirloom furniture pieces, including their dining table, which dates back to the 1700s.
